Sudeep Nagar is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of BlueStone, one of India’s leading omnichannel fine jewellery destinations.

An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, Sudeep has worked with several multinationals with a special focus on tech and sales. With extensive experience in software and luxury real estate, he joined BlueStone nearly a decade ago.

Since then, Sudeep has been instrumental in making BlueStone a vertically and digitally integrated organisation. He leverages the fine jewellery retailer’s proprietary technology ecosystem to ensure consumers have a seamless experience across the omnichannel retailer’s D2C website, the app and 170+ stores, from design to delivery.

Initiatives under his leadership have also seen an impact on the business front – curtailing critical wastage, improving speed to delivery and maintaining lean operations overall.
