Naiyya Saggi is the Co-founder of the Good Glamm Group – Digital first beauty and personal care conglomerate built on the flywheel of content, creator, community and commerce. The Good Glamm Group comprises a portfolio of proprietary beauty & personal care brands that are powered by its digital ecosystem of content, community, and creator assets.
Within the Good Glamm Group, Naiyya is the CEO of the Good Community, an omnichannel interest-based network of consumers and experts focussing on shared deep interests of beauty, parenting, sexual & intimate health, wellness and sustainability.
In 2015, Naiyya founded BabyChakra, India’s most trusted parenting platform with the vision of making parenting easier. The platform provides, to be & new parents with relevant information via blogs & content along with access to trusted professionals in the medical world. BabyChakra has been consistently recognised as one of the Top Pregnancy Parenting technology products by Global Tech Powerhouses such as Google, Facebook, and Microsoft as well as by international tech and health publications such as Healthline, Inc etc.
In July 2021, BabyChakra merged with MyGlamm and Naiyya joined MyGlamm as a Co-founder and Board Member to further strengthen the content to commerce approach adopted by MyGlamm. This then led to the formation of the Good Glamm Group in September 2021. The Good Glamm Group is valued at USD 1.2 Billion and is backed by Amazon, Bessemer Venture Partners, Warburg Pincus and Prosus Ventures.
A Harvard Business School Graduate (MBA 2012) where she was a Fulbright & Tata Scholar, Naiyya has always been a tech enthusiast. She was formerly a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Co. and at The Bridgespan Group (Boston) where she worked extensively in Scaling Healthcare & Education Ventures. Naiyya is also a qualified lawyer and has a BA.LLB (HONS) from National Law School, Bangalore where she was elected University President.
Today, she is one of India’s Top Entrepreneurs and Women in Tech. She has been profiled on Business World’s Young Entrepreneurs Awards, ET Now Leaders of Tomorrow, CNBC Young Turks, Economic Times Young Entrepreneurs, Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Women Entrepreneurs and by the Government of India under its Startup India program amongst others. Naiyya has been a mentor at Facebook’s flagship #SheLeadsTech where she was actively involved in mentoring women entrepreneurs.
